During her 13 years in public accounting Rachel was responsible for leading all aspects of the financial statement audit of various public and non-public companies across multiple industries, including government contracting, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and education.\u00a0 Rachel spent the past 9 years working in the government contracting industry with a focus on technical accounting, financial\/SEC reporting and SOX compliance and internal controls. Her technical accounting experience spans a variety of matters including stock-based compensation, lease accounting, goodwill and intangible asset impairment and segment reporting.<\/p>\n
